We deliver proprietary knowledge. We are an economical information and guidance resource for individuals seeking assistance, small business operators, as well as the corporate chain client. We specialize in food and beverage management. We dabble in weddings and micro-events as well.

We’ve worked in both the corporate and private sectors and possess a knowledgeable background in hospitality having worked with multiple ownership’s and entities.

Our experience resides with a number of large scale hotel, restaurant and event management companies.  We’ve been on teams that have opened resort hotels, small to three meal sized restaurants, and have familiarity with institutional and international operations. Our principal has roots with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, the Hawaii Convention Center, and QSI Inc., and international retail company with emphasis on foodservice operations. We’ve worked with both state and federal government systems with regards to food preparation, and multi-unit hospitality and retail operations.  We have at our disposal two formerly Servsafe Certified Consultants in Food Service Management on the team. We also have a former TIPS (Training In Intervention Procedures) Certified Trainer for the region of Hawaii and Guam, and have certified employees and managers in Hawaii since 2005.

We are verse in working with profit & loss statements and budgets, supervised both union and non-union employees in a range of magnitudes, work comfortably under stress and in high volume situations, are familiar with a variety of software systems, and maintain a flexible and personable consultant to client style.
